The Partner Programme

Do you want to help your clients really change?

The Human Tools Partner Programme does one thing: it pays you to send the right people to the right experience.

YOU ATTEND FOR FREE.
If you like it, earn a 15% referral fee for anyone you send.

How it works

Three Steps.

Step 01

You Apply.

Fill in the form. If it’s a fit, we come back to you within 48 hours with upcoming event dates.

Step 02

You Attend.

You sit in the room for five days. Free. Same room our clients pay for — and you go through the entire process.

Step 03

You Refer.

If it works for you, you send your clients. You get paid for every one.

You have a list but no real relationships.
You haven't worked with humans on real problems.
You want to refer before you've attended.
You're shopping for a free retreat.

We're direct so we don't waste your time or ours. If you're any of these, please don't apply — we'll spot it on the call and it'll waste both our time.

Questions

Before You Apply.

The truth: it costs us the same in advertising dollars to acquire a client either way. So why wouldn’t we pay you instead?

Because you can't refer with conviction to something you haven't experienced. Your clients trust you. We're asking you to put that trust on the line. That's not a position to take based on a brochure.

Because we'd rather pay for your seat than your scepticism. Five days of your time costs us less than convincing you it works. And if it doesn't work for you, you walk away knowing — no obligation, no awkwardness.

You can't really understand the Human Tools Experience by reading about it. It has to be felt. Once you've sat in the room for five days, you'll refer with full confidence — and you'll walk away with everything the experience gives you, too.

As many as you trust the experience to serve. There's no cap and no quota. Refer one person you'd vouch for. Refer fifty. Same terms apply.

Your first commission lands within seven days of the programme’s final day. After that you’re paid as your client pays — you receive 15% of each instalment as it clears, right through their final payment.

We do. Each partner gets a unique code. Every signup with your code is yours for life — whenever they buy, you earn.

You keep whatever commission has paid out to that point. If they restart later, the rest of your commission continues from where it stopped.

No commission, no problem. We don't charge you to refer. A no-conversion costs you nothing.

No minimums. We'd rather you refer two people you trust deeply than twenty you barely know.

No problem. You owe us nothing. Some things aren’t for everyone.

Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm, with a black-tie graduation gala on the Sunday evening.
